I have a subaru gl 1986 wagon that i brought off facebook cause it has a oil leak burtthats not the problem it was running when we brought it because he dropped it off at a mates place and even he drove it but it wasnt legal to drive so we got it towed up to my place and it wont start but the batterys good theres power at the starter but no dash no starter click not even horn checked all the fuses and they seemed good wiring under dash looks good what do you think
