see manual book

What is written there? Have you scanned it for codes?

no code shows , when i start the car the " A" for autostart stop , shows green as normal . after 10 seconds message shows on cluster ( Auto Start Stop disabled see owner manual )

Is there a troubleshooting guide in your manual? I personally would leave it since it is better for the engine. What was the damage in the accident? Was the engine damaged?

after 30 seconds it shows on the dash autostartstop is disabled

Time to connect it to an all systems scanner and see what's the exact reason.

I have seen that issue twice, once on a Mazda, once on a VW - both times it was just a slightly weak battery.

But it would make sense to connect a scanner that's able to communicate with the Start-Stop system first...
