Hi Scotty:
I have two Suburbans - a 2003 and 2006. Both 5.3L 1500. The 03 does not have the AFM/DOD and my 2006 does have the AFM/DOD. I replaced the engine in the 2006 last summer. I need to sell one so I can get a pick-up truck and I can't decide which one to sell so do you have any suggestions? What will my 06 transmission be like in the future even after turning off the AFM/DOD with a Range plug? 😎 😎
What is the mileage on both?
179k on 2003 and 205k on 2006

Depends on the mileage you got. If they are in the same range, sell the one you get the more money for it.
