Yes, I believe Subaru fixed the head gasket problem.

Civic Type R > WRX > Camry TRD

Honda has racing in their DNA. Their founder was obsessed with racing. So they put a good effort into racing and their Type R cars.

They are different cars, Type R is a pure racing car, WRX is half racing and Camry is a family car with a bit sportiness. It all depends on what you want.

Bingo Yaser. I wouldn’t want either the type R or the STI as my daily driver in traffic, and I wouldn’t take the Camry to a track. All 3 are solid and well built, but you have to be realistic about what they are built for.

Subaru has fixed their problems to my knowledge, and I would put them as the 4th most reliable cars on the road today! However I would pick the civic type R. They’ve been making them the longest out of those 3, and they’ve seemed to hold up very well. I would put the Subaru as the #2 option and the Camry TRD at #3 as I don’t think the Camry TRD is nearly as good as the other two, lacks too many amenities I believe, and not fast enough in my opinion.
