Morning Scotty

I have a 2005 Dodge Dakota st automatic 3.7l v6 120000 miles 4x4.

I had a crankshaft sensor going bad local mechanic said so I changed it out and also put a new connector on due to the old being wires being frayed. Now it runs funny and now power jerks while driving it has a code of p0344 also has a code B1BB8 as well. I tried using blue driver to clear the codes and it will not let me. Keeps telling me to turn the switch off and back on I do but the same thing happens.  The dealer around here wants an outrageous price to do something called a relearn procedure. Is there any other way around this?  They wanted like 200.00 to do this? Which by my research does not take that long? I changed out the sensor and connector myself to save money due to having a stroke and being unable to work now. The battery was unhooked both positive and negative. Is there anything else I can do to keep from going to the dealer? Any help or information would greatly be appreciated on this! 🙂 Thank you So Much, Sir!!

Well it has to be relearned if you ever near Clarksville I do it free and film a video . You would have to start there it does have to be relearned I won't run right and then pray something else isn't damaged like the wiring or the main computer
