I have a 2012 4-cylinder Toyota Rav4 with 33,000 miles. Does Super Tech Motor Treatment improve gas mileage, reduce carbon build up and actually clean the fuel injectors?

Buildup and dirty injectors from what? You've barely gone anywhere.
