Installing JLT 3016P oil separator on F150 query

First Scotty thanks for all your help.  I have a 2020 f150 Roush with a supercharger. I’m installing an JLT 3016P oil separator.  The kit comes with two connections, PCV valve the other Manifold=Supercharger.  Thing is it has a third line heading towards the back of the engine.  JLT informs me to just plug it off, with a supplied plug! However,  I see other videos of a Mustang with supercharger, virtually the same hook up where JLT has the third line hook up.                What’s the difference between my F150 650hp and the same on the mustang.  Thanks

The vacuum might set up so slightly different than those listen to the directions

It is indeed a vacuum line as Scotty said. Different applications require different routing for the hoses.

If the directions say plug it, plug it.
