My maintenance schedule for my 2020 Lexus RX 450H hybrid states to clean the cooling fan filters every 5000 miles. I located the 3 air intakes, removed the covers, but there are no filters. Does anyone know where they may be located?

I think by filters, they mean simply inlet covering grids!
Anyway, that’s the most important service to preserve battery life on hybrids. Problem is that these vents/inlets get obstructed by junk in the car, … like toys, grocery bags, blankets, winter coats, … stuff like that. Battery must be cooled all the time, so these vents must always be free of obstruction. Watch for that, … plus vacuum inlets regularly and battery will outlast your car.
