I've got an 87 Ford escort GL 1.9 hatchback 2-door the sway bar on the passenger side bolt has broke off where it goes through the control arm and the nut spins on to the sway bar . How do I fix this sway bars are no longer made don't know if I can find one. Can I weld a bolt onto the side of the sway bar? If I can't get a welder how else?

Welding is about the only way if you can't get another arm
