I recently bought a 2003 Tahoe from the original owner with 155,200 miles. He always used pennzoil 5w30 conventional oil. Can I switch to Mobile 1 full synthetic 5 w 30 ?

you can use ANY oil that meets the specifications in the 03 Tahoe owners manual. See FAQ for details.
