I have a2005 scion xb with 210,000 miles today going to work my tachometer would do to 0 as soon as it hit 3000 rpm every time. It's a manual transmission I switch gears and at 3000 rpm drop to 0. Please help car drives fine.

Well you take Amer is just breaking down from my experience it's usually the dash unit they cost a small fortune if you really need to tack my advice by an aftermarket tachometer mounted on the steering column around the dash those things are like 30 40 bucks they're easy to install you would spend many hundreds buying a factory tech if you can even buy one without buying the entire dash
