Hi I have 2012 Tacoma double cab 6 feet bed , 4WD 4.0 automatic. 100k miles .
There is humming noise when driving 25 mph and up. Worst it’s getting around 50-65 mph. I noticed when taking right turn ( curve) it goes away , but comes back right away when driving straight or taking left. I just changed the right side front hub with Koyo bearing. It didn’t help. I don’t see tires wearing out unevenly .I tried driving on neutral - the nose still there.  Any suggestions what could it be since it’s not the right bearing . I’m loosing my mind here , the noise is so frustrating . Thank you .

Is there good way to check ‘em without replacing ?

Rotate each wheel by hand feeling and listening for any roughness or noise, and shake the wheel back and forth and up and down to feel for any looseness.

If the noise is not from a wheel bearing your front differential may be getting noisy. A gadget like the ones that Scotty has demonstrated in his videos may help pinpoint the source.

Can this be front diff when going straight or turning left but quiets when turning right ?

Noises can telegraph all over a vehicle. It could even be the center or rear diff if not a wheel bearing.

Solved !!
I changed the left Bearing now . I installed the old one from right side. Noise is gone !! So the right one was humming. Wired because right was Japanese (but no brand ) and left was also Japan made NSK. So driver side nsk was humming and vibrating a little. I feel like driving new car rn. It was good time to knock off loose rust from the rotors and spray rubbers with at205 , pump out some of the brake fluid and rotate the wheels.

Great, thanks for letting us know!

Check all of your wheel bearings.
