2020 automatic Tacoma 2wd. Dealer says the terrible shifting and lack of power is normal!! No codes. 9k. No recall had the new updated fuel pump. No TSBs. Any ideas?

It's under warranty. If you aren't happy, keep pursuing it. It could be a software issue they haven't fixed yet. Just don't start trying to go after it on your own or they will void the warranty.
