my 2008 4cly manual tacoma is shaking at the top of 3rd 4rth and 5th gear. could it be spark plug replacement time? also, should I take it to a dealer or mom and pop shop?

inThrustWeTrust when it gets to 2000 rpm the engine vibrates badly. shift into higher gear its ok, then getting up to 2000rpm again it vibrates. as soon as I take my foot off the gas it stops. I can feel it in the steer wheel and stick. its got 135k on it and probably never had spark plugs replaced. only had it for 6 months. the first three months it didn't do that and then it started.

Anybody can change those spark plugs pray it's something that easy
