2012 Tahoe with rear ac
when rear air turned on all four rear ceiling face vents don’t blow air, but feet option work..do I need to reset an actuator? Replaced battery a year ago. Think an actuator bad? How would I figure the problem with no scanner. Or what you think Chevrolet would charge.

My nose actuators don't need resetting something's broken in there either the control unit or the actuator themselves
