I have a 2012 Chevy Equinox. I have replaced the switch in the liftgate twice. Still, it only works sometimes. Is there something else that keeps it from working the way it should?

Well general motors makes them like garbage these days. Ozarks just bad switches and you keep breaking cuz it made like crap. But check the wiring. It could be the ground as weak or there's a break in the wiring somewhere or a bad corroded connector
