I got a 2006 Lexus is 350 with 140k miles and the temperature gauge keeps bouncing from normal temp to hot and back to normal over and over again. I did my research on what it could be but I have no idea pls help.

Water pump, thermostat, temperature sending unit, radiator cap, radiator, air in the system, etc. Check them all, it is 16 years old.
