Hi Scotty and love from Ft Bragg, NC! I have an 07 Nissan Sentra 2.0. It has no check engine or service engine lights on. However I am getting terrible gas mileage. In the city I may get anywhere from 12-15mpg and about the same on the hwy. I've replaced just about everything you can think of to fix this problem. I've got a tune up, new air filter, new fuel pump, cat converter, cleaned MAF, new battery, oil change, I've tried the tune up in a bottle/lucas injector/lacquer thinner/gumout multi use, even started putting mid grade gas in and still the same problem. I tried the lacquer thinner about 3x and one time I was able to get up to 20+ mpg cry and 30+hwy just one time but when it ran out it went back to normal. Please help. My name is J.
Thanks and hope to hear from u.

I've edited your question to remove your personal information. I don't recommend you do that in a public forum.
Use some throttle body cleaner on the throttle body and then clean the MAF sensor with some MAF cleaner and hopefully you’ll see an improvement.
Did you replace the PCV valve? If nothing you try works, try going to a mechanic with a good scan tool and let him read the live data. That should help narrow it down.

Check the air intake hose going from the air cleaner to the intake.
About 100% of those hoses develop cracks and throw the Map sensor off.
Mileage will drop, and the vehicle will stall after abrupt stops.

It’s possible, but understand that we’re all guessing at this point in time.....
It's just a common failure on that model.
The hose cracks open and allows air to bypass the Map sensor.
Of course, the hole is on the bottom of the hose and not noticeable.
@carlos
Hi, that's another thing that I've replaced but failed bro mention it. Thanks
