Have you seen what Tesla tried to do recently by charging someone $16,000 worth of work and an independent mechanic charged only 700$? If not Google Tesla news you'll see it

Given the nature of the company and the guy who runs it this should come as no surprise.

Costs a lot to put a Tesla in orbit.

Here is a link to Newsweek's article on it:

I'm not surprised to be honest.

Anybody dumb enough to buy a Tesla will undoubtedly have more money than brains.

Tesla is more like a gimmick now which rich people brag about it all the time.

Tesla is endless money pit

Not a surprise - they don’t release their service/repair information to independent mechanics and there are so many fancy electronics on board than when something gets damaged or breaks, in most cases the owner will have to go to Tesla to fix, which they will undoubtedly gouge you for.  I worry about this happening with EVs in general.  Thankfully, here, an independent mechanic was able to repair that vehicle.

My dad isn't surprised. Every CEO including Elon Musk make you work like dogs which they pay you minimum wage. Most corporations like Kaiser will give workers a decent amount money per hour.
