I’ve got a 2018 Toyota Camry that I bought used at 58,000 miles. Every two weeks I have to reset the clock back on my center console by a minute or two. I just replaced the car’s battery, and it’s still doing it. I deliver food with this car, and I’m constantly turning it on and off all day. Maybe this has something to do with it?

Well I have the battery in alternator test in a week. Battery or Corona battery cables will do that cuz it'll keep resetting itself. If not it would just be the clock breaking down those digital clocks sometimes just break down in. My advice is just getting cheap digital clock and stick it there
