I have a 2003 Ford F250 Diesel and recently the speedometer started jumping while I have my foot on the brake pedal and the right blinker on. Goes from 0 to 5 mph and keeps jumping until I take my foot off the brake or turn off the blinker. I thought maybe it was telling me my blinker was burned out but it seems to be fine.
Doesn't seem to do it if I use left blinker. Everything else seems to be fine.
I have no idea where to start.

Well somehow you have an electrical short that works off of the right turn signal start by checking the ground wiring. If you have bad ground wiring it can affect many different systems. I would start there and pray it's not a problem with computer modules like the body control module
