Can i buy a used car from the U.S as a Canadian?
im looking to get a good deal on a used car and it would be great if i could expand on the markets that i can search for
Also if i can buy a used car from the U.S, how hard would it be to change the speedometer from freedom units (miles) to a more sensible unit like km 😛

yes but you have to bring the vehicle to Canadian motor vehicle standards and have it inspected and certified. Talk to your local auto insurance broker. As far as I know, US cars have kph on the speedometer.
