I have a 2006 Ford F-350 xlt dually with 300,000+ miles and wanted to know how to fix the power output and find ways to better the transmission.

Sounds to me like you need another vehicle.

Simple fix: Sell it and purchase a newer vehicle with more power and a better transmission.
