The most surprising thing about Nissan

Hi Scotty,

I live in Kuwait.

One of my Ex colleague had a Nissan Altima 2005 which he got new back then in June 2005. Since he is a construction worker, he drives a lot per day. Last year finally he racked 1 million KM on the odo. This was an actual shock for a lot of us since it was a Nissan! Nissan brought back his car and offered him with a brand new Altima 2022 .

Within 3000 KM, the CVT started to act up. He went back to the dealer and asked for his old altima or for a car without CV. Eventually the replaced it with a Xterra 2022 since that was the only one which did not have a CVT.

After all these years, why is Nissan still not having good CVT transmissions?! Toyota have just recently ventured into CVT and have far better response from customers.

He should have kept the old one with a million miles on it. Nissan max crap today and now they claim oh they're going to radically change the electric battery scene by partnering with NASA and making solid state car batteries yeah I can't wait for that one
