Hello,
I am thinking about buying a Lexus GX 470 with the 4.7 V8 for 16,000$. and has 162,417 miles. Is there anything I should look for that might be a red flag. Also, is will it be a reliable car for a long time?

That is too much money. It is reliable but with that many miles, get ready for repairs. I would keep looking.
