Scotty i live in Pa and I’ve been thinking about getting and affordable kinda reliable AWD car and I saw this Suzuki SX4 HatchBack AWD 2009. Would it be worthy buying for 2K with a 5MT and 95K miles Rebuild salvage Title. {black}:idontknow:
Read the car buying topic in the FAQ. Salvage cars are generally a bad idea.
Thanks, I'll take look..
No, 1. its a salvage title and 2. You are in the US, parts are impossible to find for Suzukis and 3. their cars were, well, junk.
Nope. It's salvage. Salvage = garbage.
Also parts availability is very poor in the states.
Short on having an expert mechanic around, gratis, reliable and rebuilt are two incompatible qualities. The other issue is this: Where are you going to get parts, since Suzuki never sold well, and left the U.S. market nearly a decade ago?
Here's a piece in Car and Driver:Suzuki Ends U.S. Car Sales: Why They Had to Do It.
Thanks
Wouldn't recommend it for 2k. Not even really $1,000... But if you for some reason must have it, never offer much. It isn't worth anything. Its a salvage.
I do like however that is a manual... But I would not recommend it unless you are getting it for <1$,000 and it was in good condition.
