Thinking of buying 2007 Town Car and need some advice about price and things to check

Hi,

I am interested in buying this privately owned 2007 Town Car: https://vancouver.craigslist.org/nvn/cto/d/north-vancouver-northwest-lincoln-town/7346307041.html

Please note that I live in Canada so the mileage is ~72,000 miles and the price is $8,800 USD.

What should be the main things to check on this car before buying it? (I have the ability to scan with Forscan)

What would be a good price for it giving the mileage and assuming it is in good condition

Any other advice?

The problem is that there no cars like these in my area (at least with this mileage), and even some car value estimators won't work on this year and model

After 5-10 years, it's all about the condition. If you want it as a collectible, and it's really clean and original, that's one thing. If you're looking for transportation, I think that's a high price for a 15 year old car.
