Should I buy a Thinkscan 698BT scan tool?

Hello Scotty, In one of your Videos, Inoticed you were useing a "THINKSCAN 689BT" Diagnostic Scanner to analize a Lexus. I am looking to buy my own Diagnostic Scanner for my Vehicles. How would you rate that scanner? .... Or would you recommend another scanner for personal use?
