How were the 01 honda accords with the v6 and auto trans? My friend had a mechanic check it out and they said it was good so he bought it for 1700 with 130k miles

They're a pretty good cars as long as the transmission holds up some guys drive them too hard and burn them out

That's a good deal the auto tranny's are OK the civics' from that year were absolute piles of junk 01-02 but the accord's had less problems. Just know that it is a v6 and your friend should drive it conservatively or risk burning it out.
