Forget about it!   Scotty has spoken many times against those Ecoboost engines.  At that mileage, it’s a ticking time bomb.

Scotty's reviews are at the bottom of the main page.

Ecoboom's are not known for reliability, and this is luxury vehicle, meaning lots of things to break which are very expensive to replace. In other words ...

Pass. Those were among the original EcoBoost engines. They don't have a combo of fuel injection and direct injection, only direct injection, which leads to carbonization of the intake valves. They also wear out faster than they should. 4-cylinder or V6s with turbochargers and direct injection are only powerful because they're being turbo-ed and direct injected. The second one of those two things fails, it will be a dog. Given that it's also 13 years old and has high mileage, I'd run away.

No to any EcoBoost engines. Almost any video I have seen Scotty talk about EcoBoost, he isn’t too fond of them.
