Im thinking of buying a used Toyota CHR, are they a good mid sized suv? Are they reliable? I have heard some bad reviews on it, are theh true?
I have seen a mixed bag of reviews on those. I think I would just do a Rav4 if it were me as I prefer the tried and true designs over the new models.

To me, the CHRs are a bit weird. You do not have enough room of a SUV or either a sedan. Have you seen the 2nd row seat? The height is compromised and is very low because of the design. It is somewhat similar to Nissan Juke. maybe this is the Toyota's version.
The CH-Rs are a newer model made for the southeast asian market. Some have been imported into the US but don't use the same parts as corollas/camrys and Rav4s. Time can only tell reliability wise if they can live up to some of the other models. Personally I have rode in one with coworker and noticed the smooth ride, but it was less than a year old at the time.
