throttle body damage?

Thanks for taking my question.

Got a 2006 Corolla LE, auto trans., 79,000 miles.  Cleaned the MAF sensor and throttle body and now it seems to idle to fast at low speed.  When I take my foot off the gas at 25mph, the car doesn't seem to deaccelerate enough.  When I cleaned the throttle I opened and closed the flaps quite a few times.  Could I have damaged or messed up the throttle?

You could have damaged the TPS and/or the IAC.
