So I recently changed the brake pads and discs and then took the car to get winter tires mounted on the rims. Soon after I started hearing squeaking from the left side of the car, even when I didn't press on the brakes but only when I was turning to one side.
I took the wheels off, applied silicone grease to the caliper guide pins and copper grease to the edges and back plate of the brake pads where they fit into the caliper bracket.
Went for a drive and no squeaking for around 15min.
Then the squeaking came back but this time with a ticking sound which seems to match the rotation of the wheels. Again only when turning to one side.
Any ideas?
