Hey Scotty I love your videos! I have a 2011 ford f150 with the 3.5 EcoBoost. I recently got a P0016 code I believe it's my timing chain is stretched. Could I get away with just changing the chain, gaskets, and chain guides, or do I need to change the phasers as well?

I would change them. Just make sure you get the oem manufacturer parts for at least the sensors or phasers as they are very sensitive. I've pulled a chain before and seen wear marks on them where the chain had been slapping against the tips of them which was causing the code.
