Hello Scotty and team,
My 2011 hyundai elantra is giving moo me error codes of P2096 and P2196 when I scan with my ODB Bluetooth device. I have read so much info on the internet ascribing various issues causing this problem.it has 125k miles on the dash. What can be the problem. The cataylic convertor got broken and had to replace it with an OEM part together with the bank 1 oxygen sensor in July.

Its more than likely actually running lean since you said you changed the bank 1 o2 sensor. Vacuum leaks, dirty mass air flow, bad fuel injectors or low fuel pressure are all issues that can cause it to run lean. (Not getting enough fuel)
