I have a 2013 dodge grand caravan made in canada well maintained, I always used 100% synthetic oil. I notice a ticking sound that goes away when the van reaches operating temperature, is that the header to head gasket? Looks like replacing that could be a nightmare.

read the FAQ for finding sounds and see if that helps
Could be a cracked exhaust manifold. Ticking sound when cold, but metal expands as it heats, closing the crack...at least partially, so the sound goes away.
