Timing belt

Hey scotty, I own an 04 lexus ES330 with a 3.3 v6. It has 53k miles and on its original timing belt. I hear a squeak sometimes when starting up after not using for a while. Does this squeak mean the timing belt is going out or is it something else? Thanks for taking the time to look at this!

The squeak is probably from your serpentine belt. Although considering the age and the fact that your engine is an interference one, I would change the timing belt and water pump as well.
