Hi Scottie,
My 2014 AWD Acura TL has close to 90,000 miles on it and in December, my alternator belt just snapped. I had it replaced along with the bearings tensors, and original battery. This has me wondering, should I have the timing belt preventively replaced in the next 3 to 6 months? Philippe in Ottawa Canada.

What does your owner's manual say?

According to Acura the timing belt should have been replaced 40K miles ago.
