I went out to remove snow off my 2010 Prius tonight and then went in car to turn on heater system and none of the controls would work i couldn't turn on the blower fan  when i clicked on defroster button it would not light up  and it would not work  i could not chaage the recirculation to inside cabin it stayed stuck on outside air. i could not raise temp button no buttons on heat system would work     i turned car off and restarted and still none of A/C heat system would light up .  what is going on?  it worked fine yesterday when i drove 10 miles to walmart. it was totally fine now nothing works     what is going on is there some button on the steering wheel that will reset the heating system?    HELP
