Hi Scotty I have a 2013 honda civic, one of my car tire loose air from valve (tpms). My question is what happen if I replace with a regular valve just that tire, will it affect the other three tires  Pressure Monitoring System?

It won't affect sensors in other tyres. You will get TPMS warning only.

Also, in the future if you still wanted to get tire pressure reading from that tire you actually can with this aftermarket kit per Scotty.   I use one of these on my 2000 Acura since they have regular valve stems on all 4 tires.
