To rebuild or not rebuild my 318,000 mile 2011 1.8L auto Civic coupe

As original owner I have put 318,000 miles on my 2011 1.8 liter civic coupe. Is it better to rebuild the engine entirely or part by part as they go? Contemplating the 2022 civic sedan as well. But I love the idea of till the wheels fall off, she's been a good girl and made it this far absolutely nothing changed except spark plugs, front brake rotors, control arms, and all 4 shocks

Is it showing signs of failure? If not, just leave it be, and keep up with the maintenance, and don’t abuse the heck out of it.

The engine can use a serpentine belt replacement. As well as a new head gasket but the engine oil isn't leaking more than .25/ .5 quart every 3000 miles

The serpentine built is basic maintenance. So do that as necessary.

The head gasket is another story. I’d like to hear others thoughts on that one.
