Just re did head gasket etc I made sure both the timing of the motor and distributor were good has good spark but every time their like drenched in fuel and when I disconnect the injectors it's sparka and try to start
The injectors look new even before I bought it aswell as it ran and drive fine just <profanity removed> due to a warp

Are you absolutely sure you have the timing right? If the number one piston was on the wrong cycle when you set it, you could be 180 degrees off. That's one explanation for wet plugs because the engine won't start.

I just re did the head gasket on it with a variety of new parts.
I see. So the engine was overheated. Replacing the head gasket won't unwarp the engine. You need to the get the surfaces machined first. The D16 engines are all aluminum which makes them prone to warp.
no compression = no combustion = unburned fuel everywhere
@imperator I got the head resurfaced and re did the block personally with a. Straight edge and a feeler gauge 320/600
Had a shim aswell as the head gasket all torqued to specs 15/36/49.
It'll wanna start if I unplug the injectors but won't as there is no gas coming in.
I took them off and checked they look pretty clean I heard you can still check them with a drill battery I would like advice regarding that as I don't know how to pin point the positive and negative of the injectors etc.
I'm gonna buy some used ones and see if it'll start over I also put a new pressure regulator as well. I just hope it's not the harness itself as I'm not fond at all on diagnosing but would be very interested in learning.

have you tested the compression? measured fuel pressure? timed it properly with an ignition tester? Injector timing can be checked with a "noid light"

Sorry and will do but I actually have a question I re did the head but every injector is flooding the spark plugs and it ran before hand but ran really rich was due to the warping and it now pulling a vacuum aswell as what could be certain issues and advice to look into I'm gonna buy some used injectors but test them with a batterybefore hand aswell as I replace the fuel pressure regulator but still too much thank you and have a good day

Its a 1998 Honda civic ex coupe with 236,006 miles. What im referring to is the head gasket was bad it was warped on the cooling system to where exhaust was leaking from the radiator. It ran and drive but it drove rich and smelled pretty foul and a lot of gas. I just re did the head gasket on it with a variety of new parts.
Spark plugs/wires all new gaskets all around, vtec solenoid gasket, oil change,as well as the fuel pressure regulator.
It won't start when I pull each spark plug their drenched in gas. If I unplug the injectors it'll try to start. I would like your advice regarding this matter.
