Is there a satisfactory tool in the $20 Canadian Dollar range that would be better than the Canadian Tire Motor-master brand for $9.99 that gets poor reviews for being too tight! For a 2011 Toyota filter wrench.

I don't know the price but I bought one on Amazon it was made out of solid steel and it works great
