FYI your transmission is made by Aisin, and I'll bet that the ACDelco is the exact same stuff in a different bottle.
Ac delco discontinued the t-iv but yes its Toyota's rebottled. Totachi is pao synthetic while what is used in the US is mineral oil.
I'm sure the Aisin fluid is just fine for your 26 year old vehicle. I think you're going to have hard time finding the Asian stuff if the they don't distribute in the West.
Another update. I finally got hold of Aisin's T-04 atf made specifically for the af33/aw55. lo and behold it shifts perfect now. There seems to be a difference between Toyota T-IV & Aisin T-04. There is a different odor.

Where did you end up getting the fluid from?
Rock auto. Totachi isn't available in the US but its possible its made with same specs as Aisin. Aisin's atf is full synthetic while Toyota t-iv *could be* conventional and that could be the difference.
For which vehicle is this for? You left out detailed information: Year, make, model, mileage, etc.
I posted awhile back for a 2007 Equinox 3.4l. Long story short i just found out the shop used dexron vi, which is wrong atf. It must be t-iv. So i swapped it with genuine Toyota t-iv and vibration/disappeared for most part. A tech at the Toyota dealership recommended i find Totachi atf because its what Toyota uses in Japan and would resolve remaining residue caused bt dexron vi
