OK so the toyota corolla hybrid 1.8 / 2.0  

What are people views on them and when the battery 🔋 goes how much you looking at too get a new one 🤟🤟

I like Toyota hybrids. The only other hybrids I would consider are Honda hybrids.

The Corolla hybrid is basically a Prius in a Corolla’s body.  And the Prius is built like a tank.

If you do a mix of highway and city driving, a hybrid is a good choice.  If you do pure city driving, a hybrid is an excellent choice. 

Brand new battery $2000 - $4000+ new, depending on market conditions.  Refurbished around $1500.

Adding to what Kaizen said is that Toyota hybrid batteries last a pretty long time so I wouldn't be extremely worried about cost of replacing the battery. They're not like the hybrid Mercedes Scotty did a video on a while ago which the hybrid battery went out at 40k miles.
