I’ve got a 2004 Camry solara and there’s this weird dull sounding haggle coming from the rear of the car since 2020. I took it to the mechanic and was charged 150 just to change the lever but it’s still making the noise. What could it be? Also the passenger window doesn’t rolls down or up- it does it sometimes but most times it doesn’t so I’m always having my guest in the car to not open that window… how do I fix it?
and when I drive the car it does these weird… acceleration, as though I pressed on the gas pedal hard when I’m driving. I’m worried this has been a sign that my car’s engine is dying or something??? Help me pleaseeee

As for the window the window regulators get a little bit weak but a lot of times if you whack the door beat it and slam it with the window button down I'll go down then you can spray silicone up and down on the runners on the front and back and that will often fix it.
