Hey guys quick question so I bought Civic type R, but my friend told me it was a bad investment and told me should have bought Toyota supra or 86. Do u think he is right?
I was planning to buy RCF but the the maintenance cost and insurance was to high for me right now so that I got civic type 2021?
The reason why I didn't went with supara because of bmw and 86 was because of suburu
The reason why I prefer honda civic type was because my second car was honda civic copue si 2011. The car never give me problems I took car of it and still have it now and has 300000 miles on it . I got it used had 40000 miles
I trust the civic more then I trust the subaru engine(86) and BMW (supra). So I think you bought the more reliable car. Their all fun just very different kinds of fun. Think you made a good choice, as long as your happy with it and the reliability it should give you.

Thank yourself you didn’t get the Supra (which is basically a BMW). Like you said, the 86 is basically a Subaru, but in general Subarus are far more reliable, cheaper/easier to fix and overall more affordable than BMWs (I own a Subaru myself and my father owns 2 BMWs so I’m basing this off my personal experience). But the civic type Rs are super fun and also very reliable. As long as you’re happy with the car hang onto that baby.
