Hey Scotty. Much like another guy I saw with this issue, I'm having problems with my climate control where the AC will blow really strong at full fan speed but the heat pressure really diminishes when I turn it to heat. The air is very warm though so I have no complaints about the actual temperature of the air. I'm not 100% certain how the blend door actuators work, but I checked them and they both work, although they only move when the temperature goes between low (AC cold) and 75 degrees. After that they no longer move when you continue adjusting the temperature up. The car has dual climate control, and when you turn the air all the way cold on one side and all the way hot on the other side, the cold side blows harder than the hot side. If you swap which side has heat and which side has cold it does just the same thing. The rear air vents for the back blow just the same pressure regardless of air temperature and are blowing just fine, no complaints there. Sometimes if the temperature is in the middle, let's say something like 73 degrees, it won't change temperature until I adjust it by several degrees, but other times it doesn't do this or sometimes at other temperatures it doesn't do this either. What do you think is wrong? If it's blend doors being stuck, how do I even check those? If not, what else could it be?
Well you either apartment blend doors or in the main control unit Powers them and that is a very hard thing to test basically only a Toyota dealer mechanic will have tools to do by directional testing of those systems on that vehicle even I don't have equipment that does that
