Well built vehicles as long as they are taken care of at least minimally with oil changes and coolant changes every 5 or 6 years

Hey scotty hope you are safe, I have a question, my Abs on my 2008 Toyota Avenesis is acting up. Most of times it is on because I have ABS check engine but  there are times when the ABS light will disappear.  Do you think I have a shortage and where is the best place to check? When I scan it, shows that right front abs module has open circuit and I changed it but it still has the problem. 

Another question, what engine oil I could use on that Engine? It is a D4 vtii engine.  I always use the Chevron 20-W50 but I thinking of changing it because it burns oil but not as often. THANK YOU!
