I’m looking online at a low 86,000km
Toyota Camry altise
Launch year 2006, July.
with THE 2AZ-FE 2.4L
Is this a safe year model?
is any 2AZ-FE safe to buy?

Not really. If you search 2az-fe engine, you will see it's problems. In that model year, you have stripped head gasket bolts issues. You should check it and see if it has been repaired or not.
